Avocado rice porridge

A great recipe for complementary foods is the avocado rice porridge. No fruit provides your baby as much unsaturated fatty acids, minerals and vitamins such as the avocado.

What comes in the avocado rice porridge?

  • 100 g Avovado
  • 30 g of brown rice
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 shot rapeseed oil

Peel the avocado and remove the seeds. This works best when the avocado is soft and yields slightly under pressure with the finger. Getting the flesh with a spoon and cut into small pieces. Meanwhile, wash the rice in a sieve and soft boiling in a pan with water. Drain rice and mix with the avocado cubes. Finally, add a dash of oil and all mash together.
